What you'll be doing?_**- To build rapport and a positive dialogue with customers, in order to identify sales opportunities and influence them to make purchases

To constantly develop client and product knowledge to deliver sales goals as well as the highest quality of information to customers
To support and collaborates with other Team members to deliver goals.
To embed the client's and CPM's values and ensure that these are reflected daily.
Meet personal and quality compliance standards & individual performance targets also contributing to the team target/SLAs

Requirements:

_ What skills & experience you'll bring to us?_

C2 level of French and fluent in English
Excellent customer service and/or sales experience
Excellent communication skills and a professional, salesoriented approach, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
Time management skills to ensure service coverage
Proactiveness towards identifying sales opportunities
High sense of professionalism

Benefits

_ What do we offer?_

Contract: Temporary - 1-month

Full-time: (39 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pM/Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm OR 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Salary:Based on21,000€ per year
