We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our Madrid Team on a permanent basis.

Requirements:

University Degree, preferably related to HR
1 year of experience, ideally liaising with accounts, within the aviation industry
Experience with Spanish payroll. International knowledge will be considered a plus
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office package
Fluency in Spanish, high level in English (C1)
EU Passport

Tasks:

Account management

Creation of New Starter Forms and issuing contracts accordingly
Mediate on any issue that may arise in account management processes
Liaison with external agencies/providers, and with the different Airlines assigned
Support the updating of records and documentation.
Support the assurance of the wellbeing of the Spanish accounts
Update Client daily/weekly spreadsheets
Updating of CRM databases
Support the Office Manager to ensure the correct office functionality
Compliance with no conformities
Handle the full employment cycle under supervision

Resourcing duties:

Identify potential needs among the clients network
Receive new requests from clients

Sales:
Support the business to get the annual budget

Human Resource, Health, and Safety:
Ensure that all employees adhere to the appropriate procedures and compliance in Spain or other countries
