We are looking for a dynamic
Marketing Manager to spearhead our inbound lead generation efforts leveraging digital channels as the primary conduit.

Your primary goals will be to drive high-quality demand that seamlessly convert into revenue while continuously refining and optimizing our marketing funnel.


Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our existing marketing automation and nurturing processes across different tactics and social media platforms.

Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will establish closed-loop analytics to gain insights into the conversion of marketing activities into customers, driving ongoing process enhancements.


As a data-driven marketer, you will meticulously measure and benchmark key marketing metrics including CAC, CAC/ACV ratio, website-to-lead conversion rate, and lead-to-SQL ratio.

You will create KPI dashboards and regularly liaise with executive leadership to communicate performance and insights.

Beyond leading digital marketing strategy, you will be instrumental in shaping brand positioning and launching new product solutions.

Your strategic communication initiatives will ensure that customers, partners, and stakeholders are engaged and informed about our comprehensive range of offerings.


These will be your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive inbound demand generation initiatives that yield tangible business growth.
  • Develop, implement, and be accountable for the company's demand generation strategy in collaboration with senior leadership and sales teams.
  • Analyze and justify event selections in alignment with sales input and lead effective event management.
  • Identify and execute tactical marketing initiatives responsive to market dynamics.
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight of social media channels, communications, and product launches.
  • Manage and evolve the company's digital channels, including website, social media, and communication strategies.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to enhance brand awareness, acquire new clients, nurture existing clients, and drive client retention and winback efforts.
  • Deliver monthly reports on progress and performance metrics aligned with marketing goals.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English is indispensable.
  • Degree level education with a marketingrelated qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent role.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and sales metrics.
  • Experience with enterprise software technology platforms driving inbound demand generation.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Forwardthinking mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in data collection, management, and lead nurturing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a multicultural approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage diverse projects in a crossfunctional environment.
  • Familiarity with financial KPIs and their impact on marketing projects.
  • Ideally certified in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and marketing automation.
