Responsibilities:


Executive Support:


  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other staff members or external contacts, ensuring smooth communication.

Administrative Management:


  • Maintain a system for filing and organizing important and confidential company documents.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of company events and meetings.
  • Manage and reconcile expense reports and budgets related to the CEO's office.

Project Coordination:


  • Provide support on various projects as directed by the CEO.
  • Coordinate with different departments and external parties to ensure efficient execution of CEOled initiatives.

Discretion and Confidentiality:


  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ensure that all interactions and engagements are conducted in a professional manner, reflecting positively on the CEO and the company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in managing professional correspondence.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of tasks and to work extra hours as required.
  • High attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Salary: 20,000.00€ - 35,000.00€ per year
