About your day-to-day:

Overview of the full hiring projects from endtoend
Support HR team with onboarding related procedures of new hires
Collaborate in the development and implementation of talent acquisitionrelated projects, such as employer branding and training

This is for you if you have:

A background in Psychology, Labour Relation or other relevant fields
Working proficiency in English and fluent Spanish
Outstanding organization skills
A curious mindset and a willing to get handson attitude
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

You will hit the ground running if you have:

Previous experience in a similar role
Knowledge of different technologies and uptodate exposure to tech advancements
Knowledge of HR and Talent strategies
