    Job Title
    Operario(a) de Mantenimiento Ferroviario - ATEINSA
    Purpose of the Position


    Participate in the correct execution of maintenance work carried out by ATEINSA in maintenance workshops, ensuring compliance with quality service indices and requirements established by the Management, as well as in maintenance plans.

    Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of railway material.

    Production, Quality, Engineering

    Responsibilities


    Execution of planned preventive and corrective tasks according to the Maintenance Plan and ensuring the correct use of existing industrial documentation.

    Resolution of incidents detected during maintenance of railway vehicles.
    Completion of necessary records to evidence preventive/corrective maintenance tasks and campaigns conducted according to company procedures.
    Repair of breakdowns and inspection and tuning of units.
    Conduct protocols, tests on electromechanical components.
    Analysis and diagnosis of breakdowns.
    Maintenance of appropriate order and cleanliness in the workplace.
    Request and collection of necessary materials for maintenance operations from the warehouse, following defined procedures.

    Proper use of individual and collective machinery, as well as workshop facilities equipment (such as lift baskets, track lines, and forklifts).

    Conduct protocols and/or tests on electromechanical components.
    Collaboration in modification campaigns and follow-ups on workshop rolling stock.
    Collaboration in continuous improvement.
    Notification to hierarchical superior of incidents/near-accidents affecting Railway Safety.
    Compliance with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Regulations.

    Required Education

    Mandatory:
    Higher Education in Medium Grade or Equivalent Higher Module in mechanics, electricity, electronics, automotive/propelled vehicles or similar.
    Compulsory Secondary Education, with a minimum experience of 1 year in a similar position in railway maintenance.

    Languages:
    Fluent in Spanish.


    Valuable:
    Medium Grade Vocational Training in Rolling Stock Railway Maintenance.
    Technical knowledge of railway regulations.
    Certification for handling lift platforms.
    Certification for working at heights.
    Certification for handling overhead cranes.
    Certification for hoists handling.
    Certification for train movement (jockey).
    Certification for handling fluorinated gases.
    Certification on electrical risks.

    Experience

    Mandatory:
    6 months of experience in a similar position in railway maintenance.

    Valuable:
    Experience in Air Conditioning and Pneumatics maintenance
