Funciones


We are looking for a a HR Consultant, this person who joins will be in charge of all the management of training plans, as well as participating in performance management, development plans, succession planning.

In addition to supporting the department in the selection processes in their area.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Management of training plans
  • Management of registrations for courses, exams, internal training...
  • Management of the training budget
  • Management and processing of subsidised training subsidies.
  • Used to work with competences environment
  • Management of development plans / Talent Development
  • Familiar with Performance & Talent Development Management
  • Upskilling / Reskilling
  • Supporting the department in recruitment processes

Requisitos:

At least two years' experience in a similar position in an international company.
