    Snowdrop Solutions, a leading company specializing in transaction data enrichment, invites you to join our vibrant and diverse team as a Quality Assurance Associate ("QA Associate").

    As a team member in our globally dispersed workforce, you will contribute significantly to the accuracy and integrity of the product database of our flagship product – Snowdrop's Merchant Reconciliation Systems or MRS.

    • Evaluate brand, logo, and merchant candidates for inclusion or exclusion in our MRS database. This means meticulously matching input and output data within a spreadsheet format and other online tools in the future.
    • Use Google Sheets (spreadsheets) for data validation, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Lead and Data Lead to ensure project alignment and receive ongoing training.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in English and fluency in at least two additional languages such as:
      • Arabic, Chinese. Greek, Romanian, Thai, Malay and Portuguese are desired languages
    • Comfortable using computers, ideally familiar with Google Drive, Docs and Sheets.
    • Responsive communication, with regular email and chat check-ins
    • A reliable and high-speed internet connection that ensures seamless remote work and active participation in online meetings, which require the use of a camera for effective communication and collaboration.
    • Able to work independently with discipline and motivation, including the ability to ask for help from others when needed.

    Weekly Schedule

    • Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week , with flexibility up to a maximum of 20 hours. This role can be done in conjunction with other roles at Snowdrop (eg. SDR) to work in a full-time position. Snowdrop will not consider nor retain QA staff that cannot meet these minimum hours requirements.
    • Engage in a weekly online meeting with the Quality Assurance Lead to review work in progress and receive training.
    • Participate in occasional special projects, including collaborations with Product Management and fellow QA Associates.

    • Base payment of 600 gross Euros per month based on 15 hours per week on average. Any extra hours will be compensated at an hourly rate of 11 euros per hour gross.
