    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support Manager to join our Europe Services Sales team. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the European Services sales support team, ensuring efficient and effective support for the sales process.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales support team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

    • Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.

    • Customer Interaction: Maintain and develop relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

    • Quotation Management: Oversee the preparation and management of quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

    • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market conditions to senior management.

    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales support function.

    • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.


    Requirements:



    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales support or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

    • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to analyze and interpret market data.

    • Attributes: Self-motivated, high integrity, customer-focused, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
