About the Position


This role within Treasury will support activities across the FX risk management function as well as capital markets with an emphasis on EMEA and Asia.

The role will administratively report to the Global Risk Manager but will also work closely with the Treasury operations team, the Capital Markets leader and external banking partners.


Responsibilities

  • Perform FX trading, commercial paper issuance, investments, and executing internal transactions
  • Support preparation of quarterly financial reports, reconciliations, controls, and disclosures related to hedging and capital market activities
  • Ensure FX exposures are accurately forecasted by working with various internal stakeholders
  • Research and recommend strategies to optimize hedging results while working within approved policies
  • Work with consultants, Corteva IT, and Treasury operations to correct treasury risk module issues
  • Perform adhoc quantitative analyses and other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or other technical field; MBA or other advanced technical degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience with derivative transaction documentation and valuation is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Strong systems and Excel capabilities; familiarity with SAP S4/CFIN is a plus.
