Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the CEO with research and analysis on diverse topics to inform strategic decisions, utilizing digital communication tools for collaboration.
  • Play a key role in supporting remote fundraising efforts, including preparation of materials and virtual communication with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in a virtual setting.
  • Manage and coordinate special projects assigned by the CEO, adapting to various time zones and digital platforms.
  • Function as a junior Chief of Staff, helping to streamline remote executive operations and communications.
  • Prepare and present reports for a global audience, leveraging online presentation tools.
  • Engage in virtual meetings with or on behalf of the CEO, ensuring effective digital communication and followup.
  • Collaborate remotely with different departments, harnessing digital tools for information gathering and insight sharing.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in startups or fastpaced workplaces
  • Proficiency in digital communication and collaboration tools.
  • Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different cultures and working styles in a global setting.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
