    What You Will Do

  • Lead a small distributed team that focuses on deep research, sourcing, and relationship management.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of the full life cycle recruiting process for Executive Level roles across different verticals, and geographies.
  • Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Guide hiring managers by establishing and communicating recommendations based on knowledge of the market, candidates, and talent strategies.
  • Develop solid relationships with candidates with a high-touch approach
  • Collaborate with the business and build strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners
  • Use innovative recruitment strategies and develop pipelines for complex and strategic positions
  • Construct and negotiate complex offers
  • Use data to drive talent acquisition strategy and influence hire and offer recommendations.
  • Proactively maintain/handle market intelligence.
  • What We're Looking For

  • At least 7 years of experience recruiting candidates at the senior to executive level
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Experience with Executive recruiting in a fast-paced tech environment
  • Experience with sourcing techniques, including identifying passive talent, building talent pipelines, referral generation, and diversity recruiting
  • Strong consulting and client management skills; ability to collaborate and establish effective relationships with managers, Human Resources partners, and candidates
  • Understanding and delivery of compensation, benefits, and rewards globally
  • Proven time management and organization skills with a solid sense of urgency and a high level of accountability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
