TME & Digital Manager

Position purpose:

The successful applicant will report to the Field Effectiveness Manager with dotted report to the TME Manager.

He/she will help to develop the TME Connect Power BI dashboards, develop/maintain processes in Power BI DataFlows and collaborate in the development of the different tools of the department (Power Automate, Power Apps...).

He/she will also provide support to final users both on Power BI and other corporate apps and will participate in the testing processes to implement new features in the market.

What will you do - responsibilities:

Assist the TME Manager in the development of Power BI, including integration of new sources of data, data check, reports and dashboards development and test new features added by Central Teams and Microsoft
Develop/provide support in the developments related to Power BI such as Data Flows, Power Automate
Provide support to final users related to the TME Connect app. He/she will also be involved in the testing periods to check current and new functionalities
Participate along with the TME manager in the digital transformation of the department developing/providing support in the new Power Apps to be developed

Who are we looking for - requirements:

Bachelor's Degree / Master Degree in It or any related field of study
34 years 'experience in a similar role within FMCG or a consultancy company would be a plus
Proficiency level of Spanish and English
Excellent working knowledge of Power BI
Previous experience with Power Apps, Power Automate would be a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work effectively under pressure maintaining attention to detail
Welldeveloped interpersonal and communicational skills at all levels
A team player with leadership skills, open minded and flexible
Proactive and with high sense of responsibility
