WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

SGTO is looking for a PRODUCT & IT PROGRAM MANAGER, based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE office.

We need someone like you to help us in different areas:

  • Coordination and organization of technical teams on international separate locations.
  • End to end management of strategic projects.
  • Preparation of budgets. Dialogue with suppliers.
  • Implementation of new functionalities based on requirements / scenarios captured by the Product Owner in user stories.
  • Participate in squad and project meetings and dynamics.
  • Support squad's products on its way to production.
  • Adhere to defined quality standards and processes.
  • Able to own architectural and design decisions during the whole lifecycle of the software.
  • Define and implement bugtolerant designs.

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years of experience in banking environments.
  • 5 years of experience managing transformation projects.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor ́s degree or similar.
  • Project management: PMP certification desirable.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Delivery mindset.
  • Technical knowledge of infrastructure and commercial cloud (AWS) products.
  • General knowledge of the different architectures and solutions implemented in Santander.
  • Project management: Phases, planning, execution, monitoring and reporting.
  • High level financial knowledge on securities and complex structured products.
  • Product management experience in Financial Services / Fintech
  • Analytical capacity.
  • Teamwork, proactivity.
  • Fluent English.
