We are recruiting for an international company a Swedish speaking Customer agent


Missions:


  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Be the first point of contact, update contact information, collect invoice, preonboarding, booking information and related requests
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given.

Profile:


  • Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Experience in customer support, call center or sales
  • Sales acumen, passion for sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid computer skills
  • Performancedriven and goaloriented
  • Positive and motivated mindset
  • Able to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
