- Value Delivery Planning: Work closely with product management, enterprise architecture, and business analysts to develop and execute value delivery plans.
- Innovation Driver: Lead the charge in exploring and implementing new technologies and approaches to enhance our existing IT infrastructure.
- Business Alignment: Advocate for and contribute to the alignment of our IT strategies with broader business goals, including enterprise architecture development and product delivery.
- DevOps Enablement: Make key decisions on system design and integration to empower teams in applying DevOps practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) strategy within your area of expertise.
- Ensuring Compliance: Take accountability for ensuring that our architectures meet current and future security, compliance, and privacy requirements.
- Streamlining Processes: Implement continuous integration pipelines and automated testing to improve code merging, versioning, and releasing processes.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT design and implementation, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Technical Versatility: Exposure to diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
- Methodology Mastery: Proficiency in various development life cycle methodologies, including agile, lean startup, Kanban, and DevOps.
- Product Delivery: Proven ability to define and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) with high IT consumer adoption rates.
- User-Centric Approach: Experience in understanding user requirements and translating them into effective solutions, including A/B testing.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization, fluency in English is required.
- Global Experience: Previous experience working in a global environment and collaborating with virtual teams.
