We are a thriving telecommunications company expanding our horizons globally. Our focus is on delivering top-tier services to our clients. We are on the lookout for a talented finance professional to join our team in Fuengirola, Málaga.

We are in need of a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Controller/CFO to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate must have a wealth of experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget management. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must. Familiarity with Zoho Books is advantageous (though not mandatory)

• Bookkeeping: Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including debit/credit entries, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• VAT Reporting: Prepare and submit VAT reports in alignment with Spanish regulations.
• Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and present company budgets.
• Salary Administration: Supervise payroll processing to ensure timely and precise salary payments.
• Annual Accounts Preparation: Compile annual accounts for external auditor review.
• Coordination: Collaborate with controllers in various countries to ensure financial reporting accuracy.
• Financial Analysis: Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Languages: Proficient in Spanish and English (English is the company language)
• Experience: Demonstrated expertise in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and budget management.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Education: Relevant degree or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
