AirDNA is looking for a self-motivated customer success manager to help grow our business.

With offices based in Denver, Colorado and Barcelona, Spain, AirDNA scoops up vacation rental data around the world and sells it to a wide range of customers from investment banks and hedge funds, to tourism boards and hotel groups, to vacation rental hosts and investors.

The role will be working in partnership with our customers to understand their business objectives and KPIs and helping them achieve the best ROI possible from their investment in AirDNA products.

The CSM will have a strong ability to collaborate across Sales, Support and Product.


Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Drive improved retention, reduce churn across portfolio, onboarding, training and working with our customers to improve their ROI from our products.
  • Increase customer health by improving the adoption, training and usage of customers.
  • Be a customer advocate, excellent cross functional collaboration to deliver great customer outcomes.
  • Become an industry expert not only for STR but also within your segmented industry and set of clients.
  • Analyze the causes of churn and create action plans to minimize it.

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

  • Native or near-native English ability (French or Spanish a plus).
  • 1+ years of professional work experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to quickly become proficient with our products
  • Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with your clients
  • Propensity for identifying customers who have an opportunity to maximize their success and proactively create action plans and solutions
  • Skillful at creating long and lasting business relationships

Here's what you can expect from us:

  • Base Salary 30,000 euros
  • Targeted OTE up to 35,000 euros
  • 62 days per year to work from anywhere
