Workforce Analyst - Office of CTOO (Openbank)

We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion process.

We are a flexible and fast adapting team currently working remotely most of the time using all kinds of communication tools - we've barely noticed the change

Mission and responsibilities:

Support the implementation of the WFM function in ODS.
BAU of resource allocation management tasks.
Performing monthly balances.
Analysis and remediation of inconsistencies.
Support in the analysis and implementation of efficiencies.
Support in the implementation of metrics and development of data analysis.
Support in the design and implementation of new processes and change management.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

Great capacity for adaptation and interest in working in a constantly changing environment.
Used to working with deadlines.
Experience in database processing, as well as in change management and automation processes.
Experience in the use of visualisation tools for data exploitation (Microstrategy, Quicksight, Power BI...).
Mixed technical / functional profile.
Importance of attention to detail.
Logical thinking and interest in understanding end to end.
Experience in project offices, control departments, budget management and PMO will be an asset.
