We are the 100% digital bank of the Santander Group and we are currently undergoing a technological transformation and international expansion process.

We are a flexible and fast adapting team currently working remotely most of the time using all kinds of communication tools - we've barely noticed the change


Mission and responsibilities:


  • Support the implementation of the WFM function in ODS.
  • BAU of resource allocation management tasks.
  • Performing monthly balances.
  • Analysis and remediation of inconsistencies.
  • Support in the analysis and implementation of efficiencies.
  • Support in the implementation of metrics and development of data analysis.
  • Support in the design and implementation of new processes and change management.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

  • Great capacity for adaptation and interest in working in a constantly changing environment.
  • Used to working with deadlines.
  • Experience in database processing, as well as in change management and automation processes.
  • Experience in the use of visualisation tools for data exploitation (Microstrategy, Quicksight, Power BI...).
  • Mixed technical / functional profile.
  • Importance of attention to detail.
  • Logical thinking and interest in understanding end to end.
  • Experience in project offices, control departments, budget management and PMO will be an asset.
