Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for finance analytics, ensuring accuracy and usability Collaborate with the finance team to understand data requirements and translate them into effective visualizations Optimize dashboard performance and user experience through efficient design and data structuring Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the analytics platform Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field Proven hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development Strong understanding of data visualization best practices Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation for analytics purposes 2-3 years of relevant experience in Tableau dashboard development for finance or business analytics Preferred Qualifications : Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate certification or higher Experience in financial industry or working closely with finance teams Familiarity with other BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or Looker Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes (experience with Databricks is preferred) Join our team and contribute to shaping the future of finance analytics through impactful data visualization and analysis.
