We represent key opinion leader talents and collaborate with the most demanding brands in the market.
As part of our growth, we are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities
Operational support for talent collaborations
Send commercial proposals and briefs to talents.

Oversee operations:
receive deliverables, coordinate feedback, ensure deadlines are met.
Compile reporting for brands and maintain internal archives.
Maintenance and updating of commercial materials
Regularly update talent mediakits.
Produce and maintain sector-specific mediakits (fashion, beauty, lifestyle).
Ensure visual and editorial consistency across all commercial documents.
Talent activity monitoring
Content reporting (posts, performance, calendars).

Artistic direction support:
aesthetic research, content suggestions, feed/story/Reels consistency.
Occasional support in preparing shoots or campaigns.

Desired Profile
Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English.
First experience in digital appreciated (marketing, social media, content creation, agency, etc.).
Strong knowledge of social media codes (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Proficient in Canva for visual asset creation.
Strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail.
Strong interest in fashion and beauty.
Highly organized, autonomous, and rigorous. xugodme
