Your Role:

An outstanding opportunity has become available for a dynamic SAP Global Business Process Architect to work within our Digital, Data & Information Technology Team.

You are responsible for the design and change of the Healthcare Materials Movements, Warehouse, and Quality business processes, aimed at satisfying the business requirements and contributing to the realization of the corporative HealthCare strategy.

You analyze the business requirements with all concerned parties, to support the best possible decisions from both global and local perspectives.

You manage the documentation according to validation rules and support the global and local key users. You support the harmonization of the business processes across subsidiaries and systems. You drive the process integration between SAP and satellite systems.

You are responsible for the process performance and optimization:

Making sure that your KPIs are aligned with the business strategy, you derive short and long terms activities to deliver compliant and quality processes.

Aware of the industry and technology evolutions, you propose innovations and drive their implementation.

While providing guidance, you contribute with the process owner to the global SAP HealthCare Warehouse, Production and Quality process governance.

You are fully involved in the design, build and global roll out of the new LEAN ERP template, delivering the expected projects tasks on time and quality.


Who you are:


  • You have an academic degree in computer or natural science, engineering or business administration or you can demonstrate a proven record of successful professional experience in Supply Chain and Quality domains in HealthCare industry.
  • You are an experienced professional in SAP Warehouse, Materials Movements, Production and Quality processes.
  • You have a sound knowledge of the corresponding business environments and their interactions with other domains.
  • You have experience in GXP pharmaceutical or Life Science environment.
  • You have a strong business sense and longterm view on business opportunities.
  • You want to be at the cutting edge in your domain and you are hungry to provide value to the company through innovation.
  • You have experience with SAP satellite systems.
  • You are an experienced project or stream coordinator.
  • Professional certification(s) are a plus.
  • You have strong capabilities to develop concepts and drive their implementation in a pragmatic manner
  • You have a profound experience in working in multifunctional, multicultural teams as well as a demonstrable ability to lead international teams.
  • You have the ability to work with mínimal direction and excellent selfmanagement skills (e.g. prioritization of tasks)
  • You have an excellent command of written and spoken English. Business proficient German, Italian, Chinese or French would be an advantage
