About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to join the EMEA Talent Acquisition team.

Based in Madrid, this role offers real variety with its focus on a high growth business area in EMEA, supporting the exciting growth plans in FTI Spain and other EMEA countries.


The individual will lead the recruitment process for Experienced Hires and Early Talent, across all Segments in Spain: Forensic & Litigation, Corporate Finance, Technology and Strategic Communications.


What you'll do
Experienced Hires

  • Work closely with hiring managers in a fastpaced recruiting organization to understand their business, their competitors and key talent in the market
  • Develop a direct sourcing focused recruitment approach for current hiring needs as well as future and opportunistic needs
  • Identify, source and screen top talent for FTI Consulting's experienced hire requisitions
  • Extend and negotiate offers
Early Talent

  • Screen top talent for FTI Consulting's Spain intern and graduate requisitions
  • Responsible for the execution of the full graduate and internship recruiting lifecycle from; advertising roles, reviewing CVs, conducting interviews through to offer management.
  • Oversee intern hiring, and pipelining for subsequent conversion to full time hires
  • Help build our employer brand across universities by organising events and strengthen relationships with careers services, professors/faculty and student organisations
  • Make necessary arrangements for all campus activities, maintain a calendar of events, arrange logistics, distribution of materials, advertisement, catering, and coordinate with internal teams for active representation
  • Oversee the intern contract and offer process

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years' experience in full life cycle recruiting
  • Experience utilizing CRM/ATS systems
  • Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint

Preferred Skills

  • Proficient in using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, talent communities and other methods for direct sourcing
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Prior specialist recruiting experience within Management Consulting, ideally with a focus on one or more of the following areas financial consulting, corporate finance, litigation/ forensics, communications
  • Experience with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems/CRM tools
  • Ability to provide accurate, consistent, and efficient service under the pressure of competing deadlines
  • Exceptional customer service focus with persistent attention to detail
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Ability to work with a high degree of selfdirection and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
