    OutSystems is looking for a data-driven Director of Web Strategy to manage OutSystem's digital web properties.

    The ideal candidate is a digital-first marketer, data-led and user-focused, who is passionate about building websites and user experiences that deliver value and outcomes.

    This candidate will be responsible for UX/UI, Development, and Publishing of Outsystems's corporate website, ensuring it is based on OutSystem's business and strategic objectives, and overseeing the plan and maintenance of these properties.

    Reporting into the Vice President of Digital Marketing, this role will partner with our key stakeholders across multiple disciplines to create a best in class web experience for OutSystems .


    The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on, get-it-done, skills who has experience managing front and back end development teams.

    You need to be comfortable operating in an ambiguous, fast-growing environment with competing priorities.

    Successful candidates must possess the ability to see the big picture, understand the needs of our internal stakeholders, recognize geographic nuances, effectively prioritize, and ultimately implement a best-in-class paid media marketing strategy.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, lead, and mentor a highly skilled team of digital marketers to build a culture of high performance and drive business growth.
    • Oversee the entire web lifecycle and implementation process, from ideation to distribution for multiple digital processes, including scoping, prioritization and road mapping based on business impact and other key product initiatives.
    • Deliver and continuously improve superior, simplified user experiences across all websites for OutSystems key prospect segments
    • Continuously improve outcomes YOY, providing the right level of oversight to identify, manage and mitigate risks and gaps as it relates to web efforts globally.
    • Identify new opportunities and develop strategic investment recommendations to support Outsystems's digital transformation in areas such as personalization, conversion, and user journeys.
    • Exhibit a deep understanding of a prospect's needs and reinforce a user-centric approach to all website projects, leveraging user research as a best practice.
    • Manage and optimize agency and vendor relationships related to key digital marketing channels.
    • Partner with Marketing Operations to streamline, automate and measure all website performance metrics.
    • Partner with the SDR team and Product teams to optimize on high value website conversions, including our trial products, demos, and contact sales.
    • Partner with the regional teams to develop and implement a consistent and scalable multi lang strategy for key markets.
    • Ensure continuity of messaging, and value proposition across digital programs, as well as adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Closely partner with the SEO team to ensure consistent messaging, uncover patterns and opportunities to better understand and optimize our SEM programs.
    Experience

    years of experience, including some in a Digital Marketing web leadership role within B2B tech, with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and yield results.


    • Experience with Contentful, Sitecore, or other headless CMS; agency experience is a plus.
    • Experience leading UX/UI as well as Web Development teams.
    • Deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel stages and targeting strategies to engage and progress audiences at various stages.
    • Experience with digital projects, from conception through execution.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with a proven track record of presenting to and influencing senior management.
    • A record of partnering and collaborating with internal marketing teams to execute a comprehensive strategy across initiatives.
    • Experience communicating marketing strategy, plans, and insights to internal stakeholders.
    • Thrives on a data-driven approach to marketing with the ability to make fact-based decisions and work proactively with others to share the insights and drive change.
    • Must be comfortable asking for help when needed and crossing roles to help others when priorities dictate the need.
    • Experience with vendor and agency selection, on boarding, management, and review processes.
    • A demonstrable understanding of cause and effect with respect to business metrics, and proven management of budgets on a large scale.
    • Experience with personalization tools and practices.
