Indirect Buyer (temporal) in
Madrid we're looking for?

Your future role

You'll work with an Indirect Procurement Team to develop and execute indirect procurement strategies, supporting a large production manufacturing facility Category.

You'll specifically take care of tendering, supplier selection, review and de-selection activities, but also negotiate, place and manage contracts and purchase orders with suppliers.

We'll look to you for:

Carrying out ongoing SRM and vendor management activities
Managing requestors and supplier relationships to ensure that category
Assuring that strategies are highly aligned to current and future Business needs
Advising on contracts and agreements for the supply of complex services with new and existing suppliers

University degree or equivalent qualifications:

Previous experience in a buyer role, working within Indirect procurement will be valued
Knowledge of SAP Ariba will be a plus
Fluency in English, proficiency in French as plus
Interest in a temporary replacement contract
Proven, successful supplier negotiations skills, and understanding of contract terms and conditions
Excellent communication/relationship skill, be the confidential and trustworthy business partner and ability to influence others
Comfort with risk and ambiguous situations
Accuracy, Problem solving, planning and organization, result orientation, service orientation, ability to perform in stress situations
