Could you be the full-time Project Installation Supervisor in León we're looking for?


Your future role


You'll supervise the execution of Installation on field and onboard and support the installation Workers (generally done by a supplier or through Customer / Partner / Third Party).

Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Field Operation Installation team and other contractor interface).


We'll look to you for:

  • Prepare, installation work:
  • 4M checklist a couple of week before starting the activity
  • Material availability
  • Availability of design documents to perform the activities are complete and with the latest revision
  • Availability of tools with the required calibration up to date
  • Availability of skilled and trained resources EHS, Special process,
  • Train and support the installation Workers and subcontractors on the working fronts under his responsibility clarifying doubts and task priorities.
  • Be the link of PrYM and field activities, reports to the PrYM any field activities progress and issues in a timely manner Daily report.
  • Ensure that the activities are carried out as per schedule, within the productivity required, in line with the quality standards.
  • Ensure that the EHS rules are strictly applied by the installation workers (including subcontractors).
  • Report any nonconformance observed on site to the PrYM and quality team.
  • Ensure and supports the Handover process/report to T&C team / customer.

Operations /Regional Center / Industrial & Field Operations / Installation team


Organisational Reporting:
Direct reporting: PrYM


Performance Measurement:


  • Productivity (According project schedule)
  • CONQ (nonquality costs)
  • No deviation to EHS rules
  • Number of Punch Points in handover to T&C reports / customer reports.

  • University / Engineer in degree level (Electric, Industrial, Electronic)
  • Availability of geographical mobility depending on the projects
  • 35 years of experience in the same/similar position
  • Desirable: Previous experience in the railway sector or in a construction company
  • Engineering Background
  • High Level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc )
  • High level of English (oral and written)
  • Mandatory: driver's license (cars)
  • Mandatory: Availability to travel
  • Displaced in the workplace (Spain)
  • Availability to travel abroad is a plus
  • Health and Safety knowledge
