We're looking to add a Junior Change Manager to our Operations team.

This new team member will be instrumental in working on the front lines as we continue to make the retail world a better, more sustainable place.

At Nextail, we empower retailers to create better experiences while using fewer of the world's resources. Nextail's cloud-based platform uses artificial intelligence, prescriptive analytics, and optimization to deliver agile merchandising decisions.

To date, we're backed by more than $12M in funding from leading venture capital investors and are working with global retailers like Versace, River Island, and Pepe Jeans.

You will be:

Driving change in retail organizations in order to increase business agility through the use of hyperlocal data and process automation.
Manage weekly communication with key stakeholders from the customer side providing updates on the progress of the project and sharing general information about the status of the tasks
Working together with power users on the client side to identify the best way to deliver a successful project, identifying main challenges and supporting in the mindset change
Leading training sessions with power users to help them understand the algorithm behind Nextail calculations, to help them learn how to use the platform and how to maximize the value created by the product.
Conduct data analysis to understand business requirements and parametrize the platform correctly based on customer needs.
Identifying and driving improvements in current internal processes defining and leading initiatives that can help the team scale up and work more efficiently

Flexible compensation plan: We offer a fixed + variable salary as well as company equity as we progress towards our Series B fundraising round.

You have up to 3 years of professional experience
You are
fluent in English and Native Spanish. Other languages such as
Italian or French are a big plus.
You are a graduate in engineering or business. Experience in consulting is a plus.
You have
strong communication skills that enable you to interact with people from different backgrounds.
Personally, you are selforganized and able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
You have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
You are an advanced MS Excel user, and can prove it. Experience with advanced data analytic tools beyond Excel (SQL, R, Python, PBI... etc.) is a plus.
Exposure to supply chain management issues and familiarity/affinity with fashion and collectionbased retail are a plus.
