Job Description

Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
Be knowledgeable about bar products and cocktail recipes.
Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.

Responsibilities

Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly.
Strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock.
Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.

Requirements

Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
