Career Stream Tasks

Implement IT Architecture plans and process to implement frameworks that align Galderma's IT infrastructure with business processes and data in line with business strategy, objectives and Galderma's guidelines and policies
Deliver activities to identify and map relationships and key interactions between separate information systems and their components
Contribute to the evaluation of total cost of ownership and return on investment of various architecture alternatives
Resolve and analyze issues in daytoday delivery and implement practices for IT Architecture focusing on concept development, setup, and management of a functional and efficient IT infrastructure for the business
Provide support on issues and problems from less experienced/ new team members, provide direction and guidance as needed

Differentiator

Manage large & complex projects and/or owns endtoend processes, working independently with no supervision or only limited supervision from manager
May lead process improvement and process design initiatives. takes a broad perspective to identify solutions as problems faced are often complex
Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices

Connect with and influence other specialist departments and external service providers

Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and guide and provide solutions to customers and key stakeholders
