As a
Brand Partnerships Manager be ready to plan, develope & execute different partnerships and brand actions that result in a stronger brand image and successful campaigns that meet forecasted objectives.
Your challenge:
- Lead & manage our Influencer program, NN Program.
- Define & implement brand activations (Brandtobrand partnerships, PR, offline activations, etc).
- Track, report & negotiate brand partnerships & influencers deals.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead & activate the ongoing Nomad Network program (influencer marketing)
- Keep the current influencer database up to date. While, sourcing & curation of influencers, making sure they are aligned with brand values
- Leading a strong and longterm relationship with influencers
- Lead & implement influencer briefing & activation on any campaign that is required, including Nomad Netowkr trips
- Work closely with Growth and Brand teams to ensure the influencer & brand strategy calendar
- Define and implement collaborations with other brands and entities to support business growth and increase brand awareness; product drops, limited editions and cross collaborations.
- Help penetration in key markets and new verticals, through influencers, microinfluencers, collaborations & PR
- Curate & manage partnerships inbound
- Track & report every single activation to demonstrate through data the impact of it.
- Make sure every action or campaign has its forecasted results according to he historical data and own predictions.
- Negotiate efficient partnership agreements, and make sure all legal aspects of them
What will help you succeed in this role:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent or native English and Fluent Spanish
- Background on influencers & partners management
- PR knowledge
- Strong project management capabilities, delivery oriented: the ability to attentively review, assess, and provide detailed information on multiple projects in an organized way
- Proactive (initiative), disciplined and highly organized approach to work
- Think outside the box
