    We are currently seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team in our growing Barcelona office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive our technology and provide exceptional service to our Middle Eastern customers.

    About the team

    Nutanix EMEA Customer Success team is responsible for accelerating revenue growth with our Subscription Customers. You will lead a team of representatives who will focus on driving revenue growth from customers across all industry verticals and regions in EMEA. The team has a unique vibe that comes from constant creativity, innovation, and focuses on how we can better serve our customers every time.

    Responsibilities

    • Maximize the success of Nutanix's midsized customers across the Middle East through proactive engagement and support.
    • Attain a minimum of 100% of goals for customer check-ins, customer adoption, and renewal rates.
    • Maintain timely and accurate records of all customer interactions and data
    • Act as the customer's advocate engaging other departments within Nutanix when necessary and ensuring successful resolution
    • Maintain a high level of daily activity including customer and internal calls, meetings, and customer research
    About you
    • Experience in high-tech customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Technical Support, or Sales.
    • Fluent in Arabic and English.
    • Must have be permitted to work in Spain/EU.
    • Experience working with software subscription customers
    • Proven track record of overachieving in a metrics-driven environment
    • Knowledge of data centre technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, security, Cloud, and networking
    • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Support

    • In 2021, Ali joined Nutanix, fulfilling a long-standing aspiration he held since 2016. He has been an avid follower of the company since its early days, captivated by Nutanix's technology, innovation, and work environment.
    • While he is new to Barcelona, having recently relocated from Dubai, Ali brings a wealth of expertise in the MENA region, gained through his 20-year tenure as an account manager at Nutanix & Cisco.
    • Throughout his career, he has successfully navigated multiple countries and closed significant deals. Now, Ali aims to leverage his regional knowledge and experience in Barcelona by recruiting and guiding a hungry, ambitious, and modest CSR team.
    • Outside of work, Ali's priority is spending quality time with his wife and two children. When he manages to steal some time away from work and family, you can find him passionately pursuing his love for football.
