A temporary opportunity for a Personnel Administration & Time Management Specialist has arisen within Airbus Tablada Seville The selected candidate will join the Reward Operations Team within the Human Resources function The jobholder will ensure an efficient delivery of employees for Personnel Administration PA and Time Management TM activities on a high-quality level leading with labour law and rules Collective Agreement as well Company requirementsIs your profile aligned to the following list of skills Education Human Resources or Labour Relations or Business Administration or a related discipline Experience at least 2 years in Human Resources Soft skills high adaptability to work on new topics new business and in a networking mode Languages advanced level in both Spanish and English Technical knowledge required SAP PHM Office Google Workspace Workday Valuable Nice to have experience in aeronautical topics will be valuable Availability as of January full time from 800 am to 1700 pm Vacancy not considered for remote work This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity as the foundation for the Companys success reputation and sustainable growth
