    Bikini Island Hotel Es Trenc is opening on July 1, 2024 on the south-east tip of Mallorca, in the tranquil village of Colònia de Sant Jordi - 130 guest rooms & suites, our new NENI Colònia de Sant Jordi, 2 bar outlets, a concept store & supermercado, spacious event & retreat areas and a luscious & magical garden area adjoining the Mediterranean sea.

    As Operations Manager Rooms your days will be everything but ordinary:
    celebrating responsibility, forcing communication & mastering organization. Guarantee flawless daily operations, while always watching out for improvements. Lead the Rooms teams (Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping & Technic) in creating countless, yet for each guest individual impressions. WHAT`S WAITING FOR YOU?

    Depending on capacity you are advised to take vacation days also during the summer season.

    FROM PRE-OPENING TO OPERATIONS
    • Recruit your team and create an on fire team spirit with well trained & ambitious colleagues Implement & be responsible for strategic & operational management of the Rooms departments including overlooking the maintenance of the buildings & negotiating (supplier) contracts with third parties e.

    • In charge of smooth daily operation, able to identify issues while improving our high quality standards Be the interface between all hotel departments & guarantee a seamless information flow Represent the General Manager in his absence towards the guest (Manager on Duty) Be a host: be present for our guests and exceed their expectations Be a team leader: hands on mentality, working schedules, staff trainings, motivate, escalate Be a manager: solve challenges, know your numbers & be our reservations manager ́s sparring partner Sparrings partner to our GM & collaborating with BIKINI HQ Be up to date with current topics, be innovative & creative to expand the company The role is available immediately.
    Requisitos :

    ...experienced team leader, who strives in a multicultural & energetic team ...excellent knowledge of Rooms departments (preferrable during a pre-opening phase) with some of the following software before: Opera Cloud, HNS (OPB), DialogeShift, Straiv... ...a passionate & authentic host empowering & motivating personality honest communicator & detail-oriented organizer ...fluently speaking English & good Spanish skills – the more languages the better
