Quality Assurance Tester
As a quality assurance tester at Helloprint, you are responsible for creating and implementing the best test plans.

Your goal is to always improve our Helloprint online platform for printed products to make it the best and biggest one on earth (and beyond).

You are a high performer who drives on ensuring a stable and smooth website experience for our customers.

As Helloprint's quality assurance tester, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration between business and technology.

A challenging and essential position; you will take ownership of QA expertise and your efforts will result in higher conversion rates, higher customer retention, and lower pressure on our customer service.

You will become part of our development team that is responsible for building the best online platform for printed products.

Our team works in an agile way with 2-week sprints.

You will join the team whilst working in our Valencia office and will work closely together with the team based in Rotterdam.

What you do

You design, develop, and implement the most creative test plans and scenarios;
You execute tests on new and existing functionality to ensure the quality of our work for both external and internal stakeholders;
You identify, document, and report issues;
Together with the development team you correct bugs and errors so our website is running flawlessly.

What we're looking for:

You have at least 1 years experience in a similar position;
You have experience in functional testing and a good understanding of test management software;
You have an eye for details and always think about all possible scenarios this will definitely come in handy when writing test cases and testing all the new features our team builts;
You have excellent online and offline communication skills. Not only will you be working with the team in the Valencia office, you will also work closely together with the team in Rotterdam and our colleagues working from across the globe. Working with a remote team doesn't scare you off;
You are a proactive selfstarter who is not afraid to take on a project;
You are willing to learn, grow, and adapt in a fastpaced and constantly changing environment;
You are in Valencia, or willing to relocate there.

Additionally,

You preferably have experience with Jira, Slack, and Agile frameworks;
You preferably have knowledge and experience in programming languages and QA methodologies such as Selenium, Playwright, PHP, CSS and Javascript.
