Job Description:


The Product Strategy Analyst (Senior Analyst) reports into the VP of Portfolio Strategy & Operations team within the EcoVadis Solutions team.

This role will support the evolution of EcoVadis towards a multi-solution portfolio and the curation of our Product Roadmap.


Product Strategy Analyst (Senior Analyst) will operate across EcoVadis gathering and building a detailed knowledge of data (market, competitive, financial, product usage) which will be used to support the review and prioritization of investment.

They will enjoy harnessing data to develop business cases which in turn will drive informed decisions. The portfolio analyst is capable of creating high quality reports, presentations as well as hosting weekly, monthly, quarterly updates.

In partnership with our finance team, they will measure and bring transparency between our product portfolio prioritization decisions and the impact to our customers, shareholders, and colleagues.


What responsibilities are common for Portfolio Analyst jobs?

  • Responsible for gathering and building a detailed knowledge of data (product, digital, market, competitive, financial) which will be used to support the creation of business cases to inform the review and prioritization of investment
  • This role will own the preparation, data collection and creation of high quality reports / presentations for ad hoc, monthly, quarterly reporting as required
  • Interlock with Product Managers of Named Products, Sales Operations and Business Intelligence teams on the development of annual targets and dashboard to monitor progress against KPIs
  • Be the central point in the development of Solution organization wide RACE plans (annual plans) and the ongoing reporting and tracking of those KPIs
  • Track and report budgetary information in partnership with finance
  • Support the definition of and implementation of portfolio management processes and recommend improvements to enhance processes or system performance for the benefits of Ecovadians and customers.

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years experience within a saas product or digital services environment, ideally as a project manager / product manager / product owner working on projects
  • At least 2 years prior experience of working as digital consultant undertaking saas products or digital transformation projects to B2B companies is preferrable
  • An understanding of the saas digital product lifecycle and product portfolio metrics within a B2B business
  • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
  • A problem solver who has the ability to collaborate with team members across all levels of the organization while synthesizing large complex data sets into compelling narratives support discussion / decision making
  • You will be an excellent communicator acting as an ambassador for the Products & Solutions portfolio team and processes who demonstrates the ability to manage and execute strategy through and with others.
  • A demonstrated attention to detail and time management skills to complete tasks to a high quality within demanding deadlines while taking into account needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using leadership for incident response and interfacing as required within a fastpaced environment with ever evolving business and customer needs.
  • English fluent, other language is a plus
