    We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Manager to drive revenue growth, boost efficiency, and optimise sales performance. The ideal candidate will develop and implement a structured enablement strategy, create engaging training programs, and design effective sales playbooks.

    Your Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
    • Create and deliver interactive training sessions, sales boot camps, and coaching workshops to enhance selling skills, objection handling, and negotiation techniques.
    • Design and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, and value proposition materials that cater to the buyer journey.
    • Leverage sales enablement platforms, CRM tools (HubSpot), and AI-driven insights to streamline processes and enhance sales performance.
    • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure seamless alignment and communication.
    • Design onboarding programs to accelerate new hire ramp-up and effectiveness.
    • Analyse sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted solutions to drive measurable results.
    • Equip the team with industry insights, competitor analysis, and product knowledge to win more deals.

    Our Ideal Candidate :

    • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales training within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
    • In-depth understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, SPICED, Challenger) and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and influence sales teams.
    • Proficiency in CRM and sales tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, or similar platforms).
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights to measure and enhance sales effectiveness.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
