How about you? We're looking for a like-minded, Finance Controller with the passion, and experience to design what matters - one spreadsheet at a time.
Would you like to:
- Act as finance contact
- Produce regular, recurring reports, ensuring accuracy, validity, and clean presentation
- Provide insight into past performance and future trends and distill learnings and KPI's into actionable information
- Participate in variance analysis and client/project reporting exercises
- Manage/assist with accounting tasks, monthend close, tax returns and audits
- Use existing technology solutions and tools to create systems & dashboards that enable teams to have appropriate visibility to financial data
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
- Ad hoc projects as assigned or needed
We would like you to be:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting
- A skilled professional with 3 years of experience in Finance accounting and reporting, modeling, financial analysis and business partnering
- Highly organized, proactive and eager to learn
- Handson experience with building financial models and reports
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
- Strong analytical skills and professional judgement
- Advanced Excel skills
- An EU national, or with a working permit for Spain this is a must have
- A problem solver, with ideas that challenge the ordinary, together with the drive and the guts to bring them to life
- Someone with a 'here to help' attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we're better together
- Fluent in English other languages are a bonus
