    We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our mobile product design team. This team collaborates with top-tier firms and global companies.

    Responsibilities

    You will be responsible for:

    • Clarifying project requirements with clients, including those that may not be immediately apparent
    • Developing a strong vision for the project
    • Translating this vision into actionable plans for developers
    • Igniting the design team with your vision and guiding the project to successful completion

    Required Skills

    To succeed in this role, you should possess:

    • The ability to clearly communicate your vision to both your team and clients
    • Persuasive skills to convince clients of the merits of your team's decisions
    • Flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and finding alternative solutions
    • Smart leadership skills to guide your team effectively
    • A high-level understanding of development processes
    • A creative and optimistic mindset
    • Advanced English language skills, as all clients will be native speakers

    We work remotely but have offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, Buenos Aires, and Nashville, allowing for flexibility in your working arrangements.

    Our standard working hours are 11am-8pm, although we understand the importance of flexibility in your work schedule.
