Interviews (the average number of interviews is - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position).

your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

At least
5 years of experience as an ITSM:
Experience in
Change
Management.
Experience with
regulated environments (GxP, GAMP 5 ):
Experience as a
Project Manager.

English Fluent.

Lead change management initiatives, ensuring
smooth transitions during major releases.

communicate changes across teams.

streamline change management workflows effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful
change adoption and integration.

change management principles and best practices.
