Job Description:


We have a great opportunity for a
Technical Sales representative covering our
Spanish
market and based ideally
in our site of Barcelona (Spain).


In this customer focused role, you will:

  • Provide technical interface between customer and company engineering, manufacturing and program management representatives.
  • Deliver onsite field technical support/advice, including, but not limited to enduser problem solving, systems integration, pre
- and post-complaint investigation and root cause analysis, customer and field sales training, support of new product development and product trials at converters and end-users.

  • Drive innovation and new growth by developing engineered solutions with customers and by managing the technical aspects of major product launches into the market, whilst improving the value provided to customers and the profitability of MG-E
  • Continually understand your territory analytics for sales, profit and opportunities. Continually incorporate insights into territory and account level strategies, priorities and actions.
  • Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information on demand.
  • Remain current on territory and market trends. Promote and sell new product innovations and execute on quarterly Marketing campaigns.
  • Proactively identify new target accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and prospecting to potential customers within territory.

Qualifications:


Let's talk about you
Ideally you have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or material sciences


You possess a 6+ years sales or related successful experience and a pressure-sensitive industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.


In addition, you:
- are proficient in assessing customer needs.
- are skilled in conducting territory analysis and planning.
- are skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues.
- possess strong financial skills and business acumen.
- have a strong ability to lead and work as part of a team
- have the ability to develop and foster strong relationships over the phone.
- have negotiation, financial, mathematical, and business acumen skills.

you speak and write Spanish and English fluently.
