An opportunity for an _Function Controller Tasks _has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Approve shopping carts, audit POs below approval thresholds (sampling approach), review commitments & accruals.
Trigger costs rebooking & costs transfer when needed.
C _ontributing substantially to managing the cost of the quality function in Spain
Support in gathering and providing data to enable educated decision making on management level and giving visibility about performance vs. targets. _
You will help the highlight and analyze discrepancies and propose actions to optimize financial and operational performance. To do so, you will collaborate and challenge your business partners from all directorates. _

- _Identify actionable drivers for optimization and competitiveness initiatives, monitor materialization of savings.

_SKILLS _
- _Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent _
- _A least - 3 years of experience in activities which have allowed you to acquire sound skills and knowledge of Financ _
- _Excellent interpersonal skills _
- _Proactive, flexible and eager to learn _
- _Team Player _
- _Good communication skills _
- _Skilled with IT tools: MS office Suite and SAP FI _
- _Fluent in English _
