For our client, a SaaS scale-up founded in 2016 to make the scheduling of flex workers real-time, efficient and people-oriented.

Since then they have been active worldwide and available in multiple languages. From English, Dutch and Spanish to German, Traditional Chinese and Arabic. They are still looking to grow faster than ever with global ambition.

Your role:

• You will train new power users: you let your customer feel the first added value of the tool through training and followup moments.
• You support your customer with tool knowledge, technical issues, logical questions, additional systems and our ecosystem such as apps, integrations or reports in Excel, BI tool.
• You create impact with your customer by determining milestone moments to get more out of the tool and dive deep into the use case.
• You grow your customer by regularly planning brainstorming sessions and evaluation moments and getting to know them more deeply.
• You support power users at partners during the startup of internal projects and customers.
• You explain functions and modules in a simple and clear way.
• You make manuals or videos with a focus on content and design.
• You can listen empathetically to customer complaints and handle and escalate them with appropriate professionalism when necessary.
• You understand your customer and think along to increase the impact with an analytical view.
• You provide support to your customer throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.
• You schedule regular live meetings with the client at their office to provide support and build relationships.

What do we expect from you:

• You fit perfectly into our team and have the following qualifications:
• Good level of Spanish and English (any other language is a plus) and preferably lives in Barcelona or the surrounding area.
• You have a passion for project management, IT affinity and experience with SaaS is a plus.
• You are a communicative person, who likes to build strong relationships with our customers.
• Very good empathy towards clients.
• Good analytical skills, as you need to quickly understand customer needs.
• You are a people person who can easily communicate at Clevel with customers, but also in a fun way with her power users in the workplace.
