    Actualmente buscamos a un diseñador UX Senior para unirse a nuestro equipo y trabajar en asistentes virtuales y aplicaciones web. Si te gusta la programación y el diseño, si eres una persona curiosa y creativa, y si tienes experiencia en investigación de usuario y diseños centrados en el usuario, podrías ser el candidato ideal para este puesto.

    El candidato ideal tendrá una gran capacidad para equilibrar los objetivos del negocio con las aspiraciones del usuario. Será capaz de trabajar de manera independiente, pero también formará parte de un equipo multidisciplinario donde podrá compartir ideas y aprender de sus compañeros.

    Tendrás acceso a herramientas de diseño como Figma, Sketch, Invision y Adobe Creative Cloud. Desarrollarás interfaces de usuario y flujos conversacionales para asistentes virtuales. Analizarás datos y buscarás oportunidades para mejorar la usabilidad y la experiencia del usuario.

    Te ofrecemos un contrato indefinido, jornada completa y salario competitivo. También tendrás la posibilidad de trabajar desde casa o en nuestras oficinas de Sevilla. Dispondrás de un kit de teletrabajo y un horario flexible. Podrás disfrutar de tres meses de jornada intensiva durante el verano.

    Buscamos alguien que se sienta cómodo con la tecnología, que sea proactivo y tenga una visión clara sobre cómo podemos mejorar la experiencia del usuario. El candidato ideal será capaz de contribuir al equipo con empatía y sin miedo a asumir nuevos retos.

    • Diseñar y plasmar tu visión centrada en el usuario, UX y en el diseño de interacción: investigación con usuarios, análisis de usabilidad, arquitectura de la información, sketching, prototipado…
    • Definición de Buyer Persona, Customer Journey y utilizar otras herramientas de investigación.
    • Monitorización y aprendizaje constante de buenas prácticas, y estar al día de las tendencias digitales.
    • Hacer presentaciones o demos de los diseños que realices tanto a clientes como al equipo.
    • Estarás en contacto con el cliente y con los diferentes stakeholders del mismo.
    • Desempeñarás tareas tanto de UI con Figma para la realización de visuales en el asistente por texto como de UX conversacional para la creación de flujos conversacionales en función de las circunstancias en PRO del asistente y chequeo de respuestas.
    • Análisis de analíticas para detección y creación de nuevos casos de uso y mejoras de los flujos ya en marcha y de las respuestas dadas.

    Requisitos:

    • Experiencia en diseño de interiores de usuario (UI) y experiencia en diseño centrado en el usuario (UX).
    • Conocimientos de herramientas de diseño como Figma, Sketch, Invision y Adobe Creative Cloud.
    • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno ágil y colaborativo.
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar con clientes y stakeholders.
    • Paisaje conocimiento en técnicas de experimentación y métricas de éxito.
