Our client, who is a consolidated and dynamic company that proposes global solutions for international transportation companies, is looking for a dynamic and customer oriented Credit Controller.

Tasks

  • Identify, negotiate, and implement payment solutions
  • Communicate with clients regarding pending payments and prepare credit and collection activity reports to minimize outstanding debts
  • Identify overdue accounts and delays due to disputes, and work to resolve payment disputes and ensure client recovery
  • Recognize payment trends and resolve related issues, manage highrisk clients, and collaborate in crossfunctional teams to improve the client payment cycle

Requirements:


  • 1year experience at least
  • Skills in customer relationship management
  • Organized, results driven and persistent
  • Positive attitude towards work
  • An eye for details
  • Great communication skills
