    About the Job:

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced ASO Manager to improve our mobile app's ranking and conversion rates.

    You will be part of the Organic Search team and own the ASO channel, designing its roadmap and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize the app store presence across multiple European markets.

    Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    • Own the ASO channel and design its roadmap to drive organic downloads to our apps across both App Store and Google Play.
    • Run keyword research and optimize listings for all markets.
    • Work on CRO initiatives A/B testing with messaging and visuals assets to increase conversion rates.
    • Setup ASO reporting, analyze performance, and regularly report on it providing recommendations and actionable insights.
    • Work with the ASA/Paid team to ensure cross-channel App Search optimization.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to align ASO strategies with business goals.
    • Manage 3rd-party vendors.

    Requirements:

    • Substantial hands-on experience in ASO.
    • Good understanding of app store algorithms, ranking factors, and keyword optimization techniques.
    • Proficiency with AppTweak, Google Spreadsheet, Looker.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
    • Experience with setting up ASO reporting.
    • Fluent in English.
