    German-speaking Recruiter Role at a Multinational BPO Company

    We are partnering with a global BPO leader specializing in providing world-class customer support and sales services for renowned brands. The company is seeking a motivated German-speaking Recruiter to identify and onboard exceptional talent to support their dynamic teams in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.

    Position Details:

    • Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal
    • Employment Type: Full-time
    • Remuneration: Competitive base salary + bonus

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Candidate Sourcing: Use databases, social media, job fairs, and other methods to attract top candidates.
    2. Interviewing: Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience through structured interviews.
    3. Collaboration: Partner with managers and different departments to align recruitment strategies.
    4. Onboarding: Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires to ensure integration into the company.
    5. Relationship Building: Cultivate trust and rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    6. Data Management: Maintain and update recruitment reports and databases.

    Requirements:

    • Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German (C1 level) and fluent in English (B2 level).
    • Education: University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Experience: Demonstrated experience in recruitment, with knowledge of sourcing techniques and referral programs.
    • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
    • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
