    Job Title: Tech Leader – Artificial Intelligence & Software Development

    Omnios specializes in implementing Artificial Intelligence for process optimization and data processing. We partner with large companies from fast-moving sectors, accelerating their decision-making through our NLP algorithms and dynamic dashboards.

    Position Objective:

    Lead and coordinate development teams to effectively implement Agile methodologies and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) for advanced solutions in NLP and LLM.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Technical Leadership:
      • Guide the development team in implementing innovative NLP and LLM solutions.
      • Evaluate and adopt best practices and quality standards in code and system architecture.
    • Project Management:
      • Coordinate project teams using JIRA to ensure timely and effective delivery of functionalities.
      • Oversee Bitbucket use for version control and code collaboration.
    • Infrastructure and Deployment:
      • Implement infrastructure using Terraform and ensure continuous integration and delivery.
      • Coordinate serverless solution implementation with Node.Js for backend systems.
    • Development and Design:
      • Evaluate the cohesion and effectiveness of web development using React and Ant Design for user interfaces.
      • Facilitate frontend and backend team collaboration for seamless integrations.
    • Data Handling and Modeling:
      • Process and fine-tune LLM models using Python.
      • Evaluate efficiency and scalability in data manipulation and analysis processes.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, CI/CD tools, Terraform, JIRA, Bitbucket, React, Ant Design, Node.Js, and experience with Python.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
    • Ability to solve complex problems and facilitate technical innovation.
