The mission of TAAR-"A400M Retrofit and Internal MRO Programmes" is to perform the necessary activities and program management in order to deliver fully capable and mission ready A400M through reliable and efficient Retrofit and MRO solutions, boosting Customer satisfaction.

The added value to the company is obtained through a sustainable business model being an attractive A400M upgrade reference and the performance of on-time, on-cost and on-quality Retrofit and Internal MRO works in the most efficient and effective way possible.


The _A400M Retrofit Programme Management Officer & External implementation _, will be part of the _A400M Retrofit Programme Management Office & External implementation _team (TAAR-TL4) of Retrofit Programme.

She/he will have to support the organization in two different roles:
First as a Programme Management Officer (PMO) and second as an External Implementation.


As a PMO, she/he will support the A400M Retrofit Programme strategic objectives by providing a set of comprehensive and adapted Programme management standards and best practices.

She/he will provide integrated visibility of the Programme activities through a robust and transparent time, cost, quality and performance management, facilitated through implementation & monitoring of scope, governance, R&O management processes.

She/he will lead the implementation of an integrated planning process, methods and tools to achieve a consolidated view of the Programme status with special focus on the interfaces / interdependencies between the main stakeholders and functions (e.g. operations, engineering, services, etc.).


As an External Implementation she/he will contribute as part of the Programme to achieve the required performance of the upgrade of the A400M impacted fleet to the final standard as described in the contract by managing the activities to be performed outside the company industrial footprints / locations (customer MOB and / or other agreed locations) by means of the deployment of working parties.


This role requires a dynamic, talented (multi-skilled) and experienced employee with strong Project Management knowledge including working with interdisciplinary / cross-functional project teams (MFT) and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure outcomes in line with programme and organizational objectives.


Tasks:

As a A400M Retrofit Programme Management Officer

  • Implements programme management principles ensuring integration of all Programme activities and associated stakeholders.
  • Implements, maintains and matures Unified Planning (schedule and cost modules) for Programme activities, including robust scope control.
  • It is the reporting process owner and therefore acts as the single source of reporting / information within the Programme perimeter.
  • Ensures Programme governance.
  • Undertakes appropriate / robust risk and opportunity management
  • Harmonizes processes and deploys best practices across the Programme activities (e.g. schedule, cost, risk and opportunity, etc.).
  • Deploys programme management improvement projects, and supports any Programme initiatives
  • Controls and monitors, with Finance PR, the Programme costs.
  • Monitors the Programme cashin
As a A400M Retrofit External Implementation

  • Manages, drives, monitors and secures, under E2E approach, performance and embodiment on aircraft of the required works outside AMSL MRO / industrial footprint by deployment of working parties.
  • Supports and contributes to the preparation and implementation of any other Programme work package or need that requires the compliance through performance of working party activities.
  • Defines, deploys and implements the CI delivery service capability.
  • Manages, drives, monitors and secures the Configuration Items delivery service postToT as required to comply with the A400M programme CI postToT delivery needs.
  • Supports / contributes to the Programme strategy to fulfil contractual obligations towards the customers and stakeholders.
  • Liaises and coordinates with customers for the activities within external implementation perimeter.
  • Actively seeks improvement and optimization in the external implementation activities perimeter.
  • Supports and contributes to lessons learned and improvements activities within the Programme.
  • Performs required activities, according to Programme Governance needs in terms of planning, scheduling, risk management, cost monitoring and reporting.
