    Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Data Analyst who has commercial and financial experience to join our amazing Rank International team

    As the Data Analyst, you will provide insightful, actionable analyses through dashboards, and reports, to impact our revenue, productivity, acquisition, attrition, operational efficiencies, cross-sell strategies, customer behaviour, and segmentation.

    This role comes with a high rate of exposure to various parts of the business due to regular senior stakeholder engagement.

    Extract, transform and load data from different data sourcesWork with existing and new technologies to shape the development of analytical insight deliveryTranslates customer transactional and behavioural data into key insights and business deliverablesPresents findings to key stakeholders and inputs to negotiations on strategies to drive performance across the businessCollaborating with team members and stakeholders to build data products that enable others to work with reporting effectively and inform decision-making that solves business problems with dataEngage with Key stakeholders to develop key metrics to measure business performanceQualificationsEssential:Fluent in Englishand native-level SpanishDemonstrated ability to build solutions and user-friendly dashboards and reports using BI tools (PowerBI is a plus)Experience working with ETL tools (Databricks is a plus).

    Experience manipulating data stored in relational databases using SQL (proficiency SQL level required)Experience Engaging with Key stakeholdersAbility to gather requirements and map business needs to KPI dashboardsAbility to work as part of a team delivering solutions that can be deployed into productionAbility to take initiative and work independently to manage and deliver end-to-end solutionsExcellent experience working in a data-driven environmentFamiliar with Agile methodology (JIRA)Creative, innovative thinker with outstanding problem-solving skillsMeticulous and thorough, with a healthy respect for quality & standardsAbility to communicate results to non-technical audiencesAdditional Information#LI-MS1#LI-Hybrid
