    Se busca un/a HR Business Partner (HRBP) Senior con sólida experiencia en Recursos Humanos para trabajar en una compañía multinacional de referencia en su sector. El candidato ideal buscará un reto estratégico con proyección internacional.

    Sobre el rol

    Como HRBP Senior, serás socio estratégico para los equipos de ventas y retail en la zona noroeste de España, alineando las estrategias de Recursos Humanos con los objetivos del negocio.

    Responsabilidades principales

    1. Traducir la estrategia empresarial en iniciativas de personas accionables.
    2. Colaborar en la atracción y desarrollo del talento, impulsando la movilidad interna.
    3. Apoyar a los líderes en la gestión del desempeño, planificación de sucesión y desarrollo organizacional.
    4. Ser un agente de cambio para fortalecer la cultura organizacional y la comunicación interna.
    5. Monitorizar métricas clave y tendencias para la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
    6. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos y estándares de Recursos Humanos.
    7. Participar en proyectos transversales y estratégicos de RRHH con impacto global.

    Requisitos

    1. Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en RRHH, de los cuales al menos 5 como HRBP.
    2. Experiencia en empresas multinacionales.
    3. Conocimiento de Workday (valorable).
    4. Haber trabajado en empresas con Centros de Servicios Compartidos/COEs (valorable).
    5. Inglés fluido (el catalán u otros idiomas serán un plus).
    6. Persona con visión estratégica, proactividad y capacidad de influencia.
